This product replaces an adapter that had a damaged charging connector in my laptop. The Geek Squad paid for it through my maintenance contract, but I was told to order it myself. It meets the performance specifications for my computer exactly, as did the damaged unit, and works perfectly, however I received a Dell branded product with a slightly different model number than that described and pictured in the Revain listing, which is also a different brand. My new item is also missing the green light that indicates the device is on, which my damaged device has and which the item photographed and featured in the Revain listing has. Due to the mismatch of model number and brand, and the lack of a status indicator, I have limited my rating of the product and my experience of ordering and receiving to four stars instead of five.
