I liked that they are willing to go above and beyond what you would expect from any other provider, including providing additional resources as we have needed them throughout our implementation process.

There was nothing specific about their work with us which made me dislike working with someone directly at this time (it's not like there were issues). We utilized many of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 services during migration - it helped support hybrid workloads within Azure Stack environments; in addition, I used Recovery Manager when dealing with backups/recovery.
