Review on Bath & Body Works Sunset Guava Colada Ultra Shea Body Cream - 8oz: Luxurious Skin Indulgence by Tiffany Powers

I paid $20 for a bottle. It would be ideal if I received both items that I paid for. Both end sides of the box were just tucked in, not glued, and when you press the side, the product just falls out. When I messaged them to let them know I only received one, they said my order number does not indicate an order from them. I used the order number that came from this order so it doesn't make sense. I was so happy because it was a discontinued fragrance that my mom wore (every day). She's been gone for a little over 5 years and I just wanted something to remind me of her. Not sure which is worse: the packaging, the courier lying and saying he gave it to a resident (we found him lying by the fence) or they say they have no record of my order.
