Review on BISSELL Commercial BGUPRO14T Upright Vacuum with Dual Motor for Better Cleaning Power by Anita Golladay

After a short period of use, the vacuum cleaner only makes noise. The brush does not rotate and does not pick up dirt. I tried to open the vacuum cleaner but it gets stuck on one side. I read the manual which is useless because it doesn't show how to open the vacuum cleaner while it's plugged in. How can they make it so difficult to open the vacuum when it's clogged?
