Update: Support contacted me about my rating and adjusted the purchase price after discussion. Upgrade to 3 stars for excellent support. The shoes arrived today directly from China. I needed more accommodation and space for my wife's shoes as her feet were very swollen at times. While they fit as expected, they are very poorly designed. The upper attached to the sides (covers the toe and toe) is completely unreinforced and is made of a thin elastic material that tears when you put the shoe on and off. They would be good value at $20 but certainly not for the $50 paid.
