When I see an improvement on an old favorite, I quickly think of New Coke and Crystal Pepsi, two unnecessary improvements to something already great. I had the same thought when I saw that my favorite Devotion XT sneakers now have the number 2 behind their name. Reluctantly, but to be open-minded, I ordered them to replace my current piety. I train often and change my shoes every six months. I take my Rykas very seriously and these Devotion XT 2 deserve my approval. It's really the same shoe with a softer upper. The pink and blue picture is my 'old' pair while the black and gray one is my 'new' pair. They are identical. These shoes fit and work great. If you're a Devotion XT fan, try the XT 2. They won't disappoint.
