I bought, used and loved the small/medium Swaddleme so I just figured it would be time to upgrade to a big one when my little girl was 5 months old and outgrown would be size - but they were too big so I went with this diaper bag advertised as a transitional diaper. But even though the packaging says 4 to 9 months, the wrap sack is still too big. Whoever designed this did a good job feature wise, but honestly the dimensions are just a mess. If you need a pouch or bag I would pay extra and go for the zip format (see the UK company Grobag which is much better in terms of quality and size).
