The 2nd controller update came very quickly and hopefully the replacement works correctly. The customer service on this item was great. Update, the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement for the defective controller! I have changed my original rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to their excellent customer service and will update again when I receive them and make sure the new controller is working properly. I am very impressed with their convenience. Bought this controller because of the low price. You get what you pay for. The controller was faulty about 2 weeks after using it. It often needs to be reset as it just stops responding no matter what you press. The joystick doesn't always react predictably, which causes a lot of frustration in the game. Spend the extra and skip the insane disappointment this controller turned out to be. Also as a remote control for surfing Netflicks and Hulu, this controller is disappointing!
