I have yet to try a better conditioner for reactive skin.Pros:* Doesn't cause dermatitis, acne, or dandruff, nor does it exacerbate malassezia folliculitis. This is absolutely the most important factor to me, so it's a huge plus!* Sufficiently hydrating. I apply a generous amount and try to leave it in my hair for about 5 minutes before washing out, which provides enough moisture and detangling. I don't like the corresponding shampoo because it's pretty drying.Cons* Fairly expensive for a small bottle. If you have short hair you might find it to be more cost-effective. However, I have pretty long hair and have to buy a new bottle every month. I wish this came in a larger bottle or in refill bottles to make it more cost-effective and reduce waste.* Packaging. It can be difficult to get product out. I wish it would come in a pump bottle or a squeeze tube. Also I feel like the thickness of the bottle is wasteful, and wish they would make it thinner to reduce plastic waste.
