I purchased this on May 25th, 2020 while waiting for my oven to be repaired. I started using it on July 13, 2020. I used it twice a day, once to boil water and once to heat food. It seemed to work very well. Today I boiled water for pasta and it cycled on and off. It seems to have overheated. No hot smell, just no warmth. The burner would ignite and then immediately go out again even though it was on at full power. Previously I tried to register my stove with Techwood but couldn't find the new purchases and registration page. I wasn't concerned as it was a good product because the Revain review said they had good customer service. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
