VagaryLight: Exposing Abhorrent Service

I came across VagaryLight when looking for the ideal ceiling fan, and boy, was I in for a ride! It started with their website being a maze with no obvious way to get to the product I desired. I finally located it and placed my order, but it was weeks late. Talk about a bad beginning—it was ruined when it eventually showed up. When I contacted their customer service department in the hopes of receiving any assistance, I was confronted with rudeness and non-responsiveness. They were more concerned about hanging up on me than they were with getting the problem fixed. I finally got my fan going, but it was a complete failure. My neighbors mistook the noise it produced for the beginning of a construction firm, and the blades wobbled more than a bowl of Jello bounced on a trampoline. To get a pro to fix it, I had to spend additional money. VagaryLight ultimately gave me a terrible taste in my mouth. Look no further than VagaryLight if you want substandard goods, horrible service, and a difficult-to-use website.
