I don't normally write reviews but I'll make an exception here not only because of the product but also because of the excellent customer support I received from J-Tech Digital. So I bought a previous model from J-Tech and had problems with audio dropouts from the start. I contacted J-Tech support via email and worked with them to resolve my issue to the point where they sent me a replacement unit to try but in the end they were unable to solve my issue solved, so I sent the device back. . Although I couldn't get this system to work properly, the support from J-Tech was amazing. They were very responsive, gave several suggestions to solve my problem and even replaced the device for free. For the next six months I used a competitor's product and while it had its own problems, they were easier to solve. Live with occasional audio dropouts, but still not satisfied. However, about six weeks ago I noticed this new product from J-Tech and decided to give it a try. Am I glad I did! The block works perfectly. No sound, no video, all in 1080P resolution. And setup was as simple as connecting both devices. I highly recommend this device and am considering upgrading to the 4K version given the product's flawless 1080P performance.
