Great/needed upgrade over the standard silicone strap
Suunto 7 all day, standard strap is fine, great for exercise, annoying as always if someone wants to sleep with it if someone wants to track sleep efficiency . Switch to this band, it's much more comfortable and the loops for the extra band are easier to tighten than sticky silicone. The only downside is that these straps are a bit more expensive but totally worth the upgrade.
