For reference, I'm 5'11, 190# with a 45" chest and I ordered the XL mainly for doing strength training workouts. I'm very happy with the sizing, stretch and cut of these and they hold up well and retain their size after regular machine washing/drying. The arm/shoulder cut is perfect for allowing a wide range of unrestricted movement in bench presses, military presses, lat pulldowns, curls, etc. The fabric is mid-weight but breathable and very stretchy. The color variety is nice and the 4-pack means you've always got a clean one ready to go.I definitely recommend these!
