I can't explain how disappointed I am with The Ouai. This brand was recommended to me by many friends for the quality and price. I never expected to get a bottle that looks like a chemical, not even close to the color in the photo (trust me I know about photography and how colors change sometimes, but 100 shades darker). And then the product is unpacked with a protective seal to prevent leakage, right?! It looks like it was bought from a discontinued discount store. Besides, he doesn't have a hat! It's like an open product. I have returned the item. I have not tried the oil, so this review has nothing to do with the quality of the product. It is solely based on performance and expectations. Never in a million years would I expect $30 hair oil to look like an open product. I look forward to buying it from a store where I can ensure the product is sealed and unused. Totally shocked again. I believe this is the first time in my life that I have felt the need to write a product review to express my dissatisfaction. I suggest that the Revain brand asks about product fulfillment because something in the supply chain isn't working and is ruining the brand image.
