Great for men - and women!

I love this! I used it along with the volumizing shampoo and it really helped my hair. I've been looking for something to help my color treated hair and most hair products seem to dry out my hair. However, it has really helped my hair become shinier, healthier and thicker. Right after spraying it on I get more texture in my hair and can achieve perfect beachy waves as opposed to the typical flat and boring hair I'm used to.
