This is a very well made and durable bag. It was just what I needed as a personal holdall. It offers space for essentials (phone, iPad, cosmetics) and more. I especially like the long strap. It's easy to adapt to short people (like me) or someone taller. And just right the number of pockets. Too many and you're constantly looking (at least in my experience). The only reason I gave it 4 stars, and it should be 4.5, is because the lining (beautiful btw) is black. I wish the makers of wallets, tote bags, etc. would remember to line up such items in lighter colors. This makes finding items a lot easier, and it's just nicer.
