I love this ring! I have carefully read all the reviews on this seller's website and others about the ring. Beautifully and qualitatively made, the photo does not convey. It looks different in different lighting, since amber jewelry should be combined with rich shades of brown and red. The cameo is full size and appears in different creamy tones depending on the lighting. The ring is true to size. I wear and bought a size 8 and it fits perfectly. I strongly recommend that if you have questions about your ring size or hand swelling issues that you have your finger measured by a jeweler and purchase a ring protector if it turns out that you are half a size. as they are sold in whole sizes and the silver sizing is a mistake but especially with an open back frame like this. It's not a huge cameo, very graceful and attractive but at the same time big enough and definitely unique enough to draw attention. This is by far one of my favorite rings and in the future I will look for other similar rings to add to my cameo ring collection.
