I have a 32 inch TV in my bedroom on a wooden microwave cart on wheels. I am an avid cyclist and during the colder months I shoot real life videos in my bedroom. These videos show you the bike paths, country roads or climbs in Italy and France in an absolutely breathtaking way. I wanted to mount my TV so that it lifts to the correct height and angle for it to fully engage. Then, when I was done with my spinning video, I wheeled the cart out of the way for normal viewing. It is sturdy and very well constructed. With this mount I can lift, tilt and tilt the TV in any direction. Thanks The gas spring adjustable arm allows me to adjust the tension to keep the TV where I need it. All of the joints on this mount have a tension adjustment to set the proper tension to hold the TV or monitor in place. The TV is securely mounted in my car. It is possible to fix the bracket to the table by drilling a hole in the table and fixing it with the screw provided. My TV has mounting holes 200mm apart and I had to buy a universal TV mount adapter plate to convert the 100x100 mount. Bracket template to match my 200x200mm VESA template on my TV. Make sure your TV/monitor can be attached to this mount, otherwise you may need to purchase an adapter plate for around $15. I wish I had bought this many years ago! I would give 10 stars if I could.
