Destroyed, broken printer, no help from the seller

Has never worked, the ink was full and was refilled. After following the troubleshooting steps provided by my seller, my printer is now completely broken with the error code shown in the photo. The steps included wiping the ink cartridge with a damp cloth, using a cleaning cycle on my printer, and unplugging and replugging HP. After a few emails to the seller telling them their product was defective, they promptly refunded the cost of the ink and completely ignored my request for additional troubleshooting. They never admitted their product ruined my printer which originally sold for $179.99.
