I have been buying regular front seat covers for my Suburu Forester since I bought it new in 2018. Since I rarely have passengers in the back seat, I would just throw a towel or blanket over the back seat to protect the fabric. The seats underneath don't get dirty when I put groceries or bags inside. Front seat covers rarely last long no matter what brand of universal seat cover I buy. It's time for another set. I saw these Car Grand seat covers on Amazon and decided to give it a try. The front seat covers were surprisingly easy to install and they were perfect for the universal covers. The rear seat covers were a bit tricky to install, mainly due to the design of my rear seat. The rear seat, as the cover says, is a 60/40 design. The center shoulder strap is firmly attached at both ends, making it difficult for the seat cover to move around it. Luckily, this rear seat cover has zips in several sections that open so you can tuck and thread each part of the cover. The fit of the rear seat cover, while not as neat and snug as the front seats, is still quite snug. It would have been much better if I had had the three rear headrests in place, as the headrests are meant to keep the rear seat bolsters taut and prevent them from sliding down, but I removed the rear headrests. to improve the view through the rear-view mirror. I am very happy with the fit of these Car Grand seat covers and the protection they provide for my cloth seats underneath.
