My Xbox will die between 5 and 10 as another reviewer said. After troubleshooting I found that it was the power supply. Ordered and it arrived 1 day early! Tested it and it works fine. I can hear the fan spinning, but it's not loud, nor is it loud to my eye. My original PSU had no sound, so I can't compare the silent feature. That's probably why it didn't work. It's nice and clean, packaged well in the box shown above, and best of all, it charges my Xbox!
