Only received 2 out of 5 wheels. The bottom half of the B-pillar, the part that protrudes into the base from the bottom of the seat, is curved. Thus, it cannot properly pass through the hole in the base. I haven't even checked if I have the necessary equipment. Luckily I have 2 other chairs of the same brand so I can probably remove the wheels and missing hardware. I'll take the chance and gently tap the metal bar in the center column to see if I can line it up properly. Fingers crossed. I am so disappointed in this experience. I have purchased other used items from Revain including other items from Warehouse Deals and they have been great. In excellent condition and they work. But this chair is a disaster. Shouldn't "examined" and "used - very good" mean something?
