Review on Dunkelweizen Beer Brewing Kit by Brewers Best by Raquel Jackson

Bought for my 3rd extract beer release. Simple, just like other top brewers. Very dark. Completion of the fermentation in about 10 days. I don't think secondary shelving is required. Bottled and fully carbonated after 6 days. Very quick turn. When it tastes warm (and fresh and green) it more closely resembles a regular beer with a metallic/medicinal flavor. I was expecting more wheat. Also, my OG and FD were slightly lower even though I used 5 gallons of water. Not my favorite sofa from the catalogue. =/ I hope it will be finished in the next 1-2 weeks.
