The size was good, it can get hot enough to easily cook food in it. I've only used it once since I received it. My main problem is that the heel area is very uncomfortable, spikes. They have been in touch with customer service when they are unsatisfied and I have not responded. I emailed them on Friday and I know the weekend is 4th July but still no reply on Monday. If they could come up with some soft caps that could snap open and cover the spikes, that would solve my problem. If you use an extension cord, make sure it's 10 gauge, as 14 and 12 will melt and catch fire. Always check the temperature of the water before putting your feet or fingers in it as you can burn yourself easily. I assume everything is made in China and I'm not saying they can't make a quality product, just saying it's cheap plastic like most Chinese made items. Profit, not sustainability.
