I have found this product extremely helpful in my search for cords that seem to be taking up space in my home and office. The fasteners are slightly tacky - strong enough to support the weight of the extension crawling up the back of my bedside table, but not strong enough to damage the wood if I had to rearrange it. You can't rely on glue to hold something really heavy - maybe 1/2 pound. The "teeth" on the tie is not very deep and the tie has "teeth" only on one side, so please pay attention to the position of the right side before using. That's a good price for a 100 pack. Note that the glue is a bit finicky: the surface needs to be CLEAN, with no furniture polish or residue. I cannot guarantee they will not damage wood surfaces so please be careful with placement.
