Flat and disappointing.
I bought this pillow for my daughter's crib. What was my surprise when I unfolded it and found that it was in fact not a pillow but a cotton swab covered with fabric. It does not soften her head, does not affect her sleeping position, she is still flat, not slightly elevated. If you want to wear a pillowcase from the purchased baby bedding, this will do. If you want a working pillow, you should just take a regular pillow and remove some of the padding. This will work better.
