The best about Marello is the ability to reach any market segment regardless of their language or cultural level. Also has a great integration system which can be used with almost any other tool we have in our ecosystem. With almost every change the product needs manual update, maybe this will change in future releases. Great integration with channel partners, especially with payment providers like Nadeo. We manage all sales channels, using our own ecomm site and partners' sites like Shopify and Woocommerce. Our goal is to provide customers with a single place where they search, find, compare and buy online. In addition, we want them to enjoy complete shopping experiences in as many ways as possible. The ease of use.The customization possibilities. I can create new products without having technical knowledge. And it's very cheap compared to competitors like Magento or Prestashop. We've started using this software about one month ago but we're already seeing great results. There are some minor bugs here and there (i'm talking 1% only) which were solved thanks to their support team right after they appeared. Nothing so far. Great product that fits perfectly into my business needs.
