I never write reviews of anything. I guess if your product works then you've basically done your job. But I can no longer remain silent about how this product works. Firstly, I doubt this mount will hold anything larger than a 19-inch monitor, if anything. It definitely doesn't fit my 27" curved monitor. Since the day I installed it, which was about 2 months ago and which was difficult due to rare directions, I've been very careful not to move it too much, otherwise it leans forward and I have to spend another hour tightening those two screws with hex wrenches on either side at the same time, with another person lifting the monitor almost to the ceiling so that when I stop tightening it takes the weight of my 27" monitor doesn't necessarily allow this POS mount to tilt forward, not perpendicular to my desk. I can't tell you how frustrating it is having to be careful not to hit or hit the desk too hard typing on the keyboard like I used to do. I do that now when I'm angry because the monitor is shaking. As I said, I never write reviews and almost never send things back, but I swear , if I still had the box it came in I would find a way to return this work. Today I will search for another mount, I sincerely hope that the ex will not disappoint me anymore. I don't trust reviews of things like this anymore, looks like I'll have to try a few.
