The silver paint on it has worn off and turned green. It also caused my umbilical hole to give up after being pierced for over a year and a half. The skin between the balls literally tore open with this decoration. Please don't buy this, now I have a huge scar on my belly button. I don't think I read that it's not surgical steel or stainless steel or some sort of safe piercing. But in general very unhappy and sad because I really liked my belly button piercing and before this jewelry it was in perfect condition and healed.
