Review on 🪑 ANDASEAT Kaiser 2 Gaming Chair: Adjustable Swivel Rocker Recliner for Ultimate Comfort, Headrest and Lumbar Pillow, E-Sports Style (RED1) by Ken Arellano

Bought this chair in July 2020. As of January 2021, part of the tilting mechanism was defective, making it unusable. Contacted support in January. Didn't hear an answer. In February I went through Revain and got an answer. In mid-March they had to send me a video of a guy adjusting the recline by hopping around on the chair and putting all his weight on the front of the seat, which they thought was the solution. Of course it didn't work. Then radio silence. Eventually they agree to send me the details after I contact Revain customer service and they are given a deadline within which to reply to me or give me a refund. I receive parts without instructions. We're trying to figure out how to take this thing apart and put it back together. We didn't manage to get the base with wheels except for the gas bottle. I've tried everything I found on the internet - a rubber mallet, wrench, hammer, etc. Nothing helped. Contacted support again. Nothing so far. I do not recommend. I wish I had never heard of this company. There's a guarantee, but it means little. We spent too much money on this chair to only last six months.
