Using 3M Panel Adhesive 08115 200ml cartridge I was able to reattach the door molding to my 2011 GMC Sierra. I'm talking about the ledge that's halfway up the door. He separated, but not completely. I used blue masking tape to ensure the 3M adhesive didn't get on the door paint, I added a small bead of adhesive to the back of the molding and then pressed it down. The applicator gun is a metal structure. Not weak. The adhesive lasted 6 months with no signs of peeling.
