UPDATE! The seller replaced one of the packages AND did it with no refund so my daughter didn't have to disassemble her bed first! Amazing and friendly customer service! The broken riser must have been in production. I keep checking others but don't see any signs of recurrence! Customer service alone would give me three stars for my daughter's happiness :) ************************* ********** *** ********* My daughter bought this with her birthday money along with a new bed frame... Imagine a poor child sitting on her beautiful new bed and this 'durable', 'up to 1200 pound load-bearing "bed stock", "safe, durable and easy to use" BREAK! She researched this and was very careful with money for her birthday! Very dissatisfied with it!
