Although this product had many stars, I should have taken more time to read the real reviews. It's a bit small so if you have a 6ft 5ft or larger tree I would say no. After reading that I was ok with it, figured I could make it work. Maybe it won't be that bad. But then when I started assembling the collar I didn't have 2 screws. I got 6 out of 8 and you really need all 8 but it didn't really matter because one side was slightly bent and would have been difficult to connect anyway. So instead of screws I just used bread ties and it's definitely not ideal. There are gaps that cause me to have OCD, so I'm concerned that they are there. 30 euros is not a lot of money, but it is enough for the base of your Christmas tree. I was really trying not to spend more than $50 so I guess I went back to the wooden skirt.
