Review on Enhanced Carpentry Woodworking Projects by Kraftic by Raymond Simmons

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Funny idea, poor execution

This was a Christmas present for our almost 6 year old. We assumed we'd have to help him create projects, but there's nothing he can do alone in this set. My 8 year old tried to build a pencil cup but ended up with a bunch of bent nails. Somehow the wood is soft enough for me to drive a nail into, but if you drive it all the way in with a hammer you end up with a curved nail and not parts attached together if that makes sense. Pieces are not labeled. I assumed it would be similar to the baby kits you can buy or assemble at Lowe's and Home Depot baby clinics, but this is a lot worse. I wouldn't recommend buying him a junior Lego set to make up for a bad Christmas present!
