For me there is nothing better than a grilled steak. We have both a propane and charcoal grill outside, but it's hot and humid and mosquitoes will attack you, so I've had a few exceptions. This is the perfect size for a single person or even a family of 3 or 4 people. You can use it for larger families, you just have to cook longer, but it's convergence time, so there can't be any complaints here. It cooks well, is easy to use, easy to clean, and fits under a pantry cupboard when I'm not using it.
