I've been running with this belt for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it. As the weather got warmer and my runs longer, I realized I needed to start thinking about hydration. It took a few adjustments during my first run to get the fit right, but once I did it was fine. The strap stays in place and takes quite a bit of getting used to. When I run I'm very careful about how all my clothes look etc. so I was afraid it would be uncomfortable but it was. The pocket is perfect for my iPhone X, although I prefer to run with my phone in the side pocket of my trousers/shorts. The description says the water bottle is insulated, but I wouldn't go that far. I mostly fill mine with ice since I don't usually need to drink anything for the rest of my run. In a typical 7-10 mile run, most if not all of the ice will have melted. I don't find a water bottle very easily accessible while running. It is doable, but not without effort. Unless it's very hot, I don't need to go in the water often, so that's fine with me. If so, I'll probably go with something else. Also, the water bottle doesn't hold much water. So if you drink like crazy this is not for you. If, like me, you just want to take a few small sips here and there and aren't picky about water temperature, this belt is perfect.
