Review on Uniware Stainless Comfortable Handle Inches by Jessica Russell

For a budget kitchen knife (I paid $3.37) this is unbeatable value . It's not the best knife you'll ever own, but it's way better than what I would expect from such a cheap tool. It arrived with the blade wrapped in a plastic sleeve that protects it from bumps, stains, etc. It was very sharp - sharper than many other kitchen knives I've bought in the past - and fit my hand well. Obviously at this price point it's not made from the best steel and the grip could have been more comfortable; but here, too, the value is unbeatable. I bought half a dozen to top up my emergency supplies. (How many times have you forgotten to take something important? When unforeseen circumstances arise, having a kitchen knife, can opener, etc. stashed in your grocery stash can come in handy in case you run away.)
