I really like the headset so far. Easy to install, music sounds amazing! Phone calls were clear. The other end said I was clean but slightly cushioned (which I expected with a full face helmet). The volume of the music is much louder than I have ever heard. First you need to increase the volume on your phone and then adjust it with your Bluetooth device. I have used the intercom with my son on another bike and I can say that I am 100 percent satisfied with this purchase! I highly recommend. By the way, I have a '04 Honda Saber 1100 with a factory exhaust. I don't know how the system will sound if you have a loud, nasty aftermarket exhaust. I can say this because I had one on a Suzuki Boulevard 07 that I took off and put back on the factory exhaust.
