Wow, so far I'm impressed. He pulled a TON of dirt out of the carpet. I will use it all over the house. Model 2987 PROS: Well packaged, simple, quick to assemble Very clear, direct, and concise instructions Very easy to use Not heavy Cons: The clean water and cleaning solution tank is small, maybe worth 15 minutes or so of the time. However, the bottom (dirty) tank holds more than one tank of clean water and is easy to fill. So that's a minor complaint, and like I said above, this is a small/lightweight device that I like.
