water-repellent good for feeding

Pro - cheap, you get so many great colors. Cons - they do NOT absorb which for me defeats their purpose as a bib. down their bibs and land on their clothes. I can imagine that with a baby eating, the drool just rolls/slips down the bib onto his clothes which soaks up the mess. Cloth bibs have to suck! I just tested that a clean drop of water stays in the bead for a few minutes when the bib is in a horizontal position. In the vertical position, all the water simply rolls off. They are made of 85% cotton.
