I usually only wear sneakers, and very expensive ones, because I've learned the hard way that the wrong shoes make you miserable no matter what. I have a pair to walk with. But I didn't want to spend another $120 on shoes that I would only use for walking at work when I don't wear dress shoes. I tried them after trying another pair at my elderly mother's house. I love these shoes! So comfortable; just like walking on pillows all day. And because their upper is all fabric, it doesn't tighten heavily. I don't have this problem, but my mother has bursitis and is very sensitive to things pressing on the sides of her feet. She loves these shoes too. The only nitpicking is that the heels slip a bit. I don't really care, but you can see the difference between lace-up shoes, which are easier to lace up, and these. At first I wondered if this would cause stability issues. But I will say that I put them on the driving range once and everything was fine! (I say this to illustrate a situation where foot stability is very important.)
