I really wanted to love this article but I don't. The smell is not very good. There is no packaging, but I feel like most skin product lines have poor packaging. I was expecting a lot of dead skin to shed and I was expecting a slight difference in my skin condition after using the product. Even if it was a temporary whitening or lightening effect. I also expected a slight refreshment on my face after use. I was literally disappointed in every way. I didn't produce nearly as many balls of skin as I expected. I take very good care of my skin but I was shocked at how little. And a lot of what I got came from my fingers, not my face. It's not a terrible product and it's very gentle. It's just not for me. I think next time I'll spend more money to get a more expensive brand. TO UPDATE. I tried the product on my arms where I have follicular keratosis and it really helped/lightened them. I use it on my face 4 times a week and it really grows on me. I will add a star. I still want to try a more expensive brand but as long as I'm short on cash I will continue to use this one.
