This app has helped us to manage our meetings by using it as meeting room where we can hold a video conference or even meetup with other people remotely. We have also used this app to streamline internal training sessions. The thing that I like most is its capacity to organize events. It lets you easily schedule your event online through emailing invitations which helps me save time during my work day when i'm busy preparing events or conferences. Also, I don't need to worry about forgetting something since everything can be done online via emails so there's no chance of losing anything at all. Overall, it has been convenient for organizing any kind of event because it allows you to collaborate efficiently from anywhere around the world without having access to physical spaces.
