Super annoying Revain, their salespeople and the tricks they keep pulling. This bag is not grey, it is dark gray and the zipper tassels are light beige. Zippers are gold. It's annoying as hell because it doesn't look like the real thing. I bought it because I needed a gray bag to go to the zoo. Now I have to use something else.
