Easy and simple way that makes tracking applicants fun again

I like how easy it was to use for both my team as well as our clients! The analytics are great too! It's such an awesome platform when you're looking at your data from different angles or perspectives. Sometimes we can get bogged down with so many options but this really helped us focus on what would be most beneficial to each client. This has been one of those tools where everyone loves using it once they start seeing all the benefits.
We have seen some amazing results since implementing Talena into our recruiting process.
