Review on Safety-Grip Extra-Large Non-Slip Shower/Bath Mat by Rubbermaid Commercial - Brown Stone for Tub by Mark Greenwood

Our previous Walmart bath rug was soft and cushiony, but it was made in a weave pattern with numerous small holes between the woven threads. Mold accumulated in these holes and was very difficult to remove. Mold also grew around the suction cups on the underside. What a problem! This mat is made of rubber with no holes. It's not soft but provides a safe and grippy surface for my feet. There are no small dots sticking out of the surface to poke at the soles of my feet. I've had it for a few months now and there hasn't been mold on it yet. I clean the tub and shower once a week which includes picking up that rug and scrubbing both sides of it. It stays on the bottom of the bath between cleanings, providing a nice, strong and long-lasting shower support. I almost never take a bath, as opposed to a shower, so I don't sit on a mat, but it would be more comfortable to sit on than on the surface of the tub.
