The typical HP laptop is TERRIBLE!
I'm not sure what I expected from this as I've had HP laptops in the past and should have known better. This is the worst computer I've ever had! For a new laptop, this is unbearably slow. It freezes constantly and takes a long time to load browsers. The thing reminds me of laptops from the 1990s, although they're probably faster. This is not our wifi as we have other laptops and ipads and they are fine. The iPad is 5 years old and much faster than this laptop. It may be all the bullshit that HP and Microsoft have thrown at it, but this laptop is pretty bad. This is the last HP we will buy. Lesson learned.
