I work in a warehouse setting that has no AC and gets very warm in the summer. Having this little fan at my workstation helps a lot. It has multiple settings, and the cord is decently long enough. It's just the USB cable, though, so you either need to plug it into a USB port or supply your own block with a USB port. The fan can be tilted up and down, but it is a little top heavy, so I keep it leaning against something for stability. The main reason I wanted a model like this was that it doesn't require batteries or any kind of charging -- it's plug-powered only.
