PLEASE READ! Don't repeat my mistake. TLTR: The faucet drains the LEAK and is polished brass, meaning smudges, water stains, and fingerprints become a terrible mess. They lick and the return time is only 30 days. So I fell out of the hundreds because of all the chubby visits. Save yourself! If you're still reading, thank you! It's time to share my journey on how I lost hundreds of dollars because of those terrible faucets. It started when we decided to remodel our master bathroom. We ordered 2 faucets at the end of June in preparation for a new double sink. Due to COVID our countertops were delayed and were not installed until mid-July. We made a professional attempt to install these faucets but the hose connectors were too short. We bought new ones (not too expensive). Then the riser pipe under the sink crooked due to the length of the new drain plug. So again we bought more parts to make it work. Then there was another problem with the gasket under the sink, more spare parts and more time. We really liked the look of the sinks and wanted them to work. More money, more time and more parts. So far we haven't seen any issues with the faucets and any issues seemed to be related to the placement of our sinks. But we were wrong! We started using sinks and noticed water under the sink. On another visit from the Plumpler they said everything looked fine but added a bandage and tightened everything up. More days pass. More leaks. The people who installed the sinks assure that they are in order and installed correctly. Now we suspect that the fat man could be to blame. We call another person. He also can't understand how the sink is leaking. He suggests we use the original guy since he's obviously a pro in the field. We'll call again. The fat man is coming back. This time he leaves the taps running for a long time. One flows heavily and the other drips down. Both flow through drain plugs. They are correctly installed. So what's up?! Obviously the drain plug has a seam or defect that comes out on the sides when connected. This is a production issue and whenever we run too much water (e.g. when the sinks are running at full capacity) water will seep down the sides of the drain plug and into the bottom of our vanity. Now we're stuck with buckets under our sinks until we can install new faucets. Maybe this isn't the worst. You look terrible too! Obviously this is polished brass, not brushed brass. It's not just one color! This means there is no real protective layer on the brass. Every fingerprint, every smudge, every drop of water stays on the faucets and makes them look dirty unless you polish them back to a shine. This is a big problem as you can never avoid water stains as this is a sink! It just always looks dirty. Attached photos show water stains and a bucket of water under my sink. So now it's August. We're outside the return window and we're stuck with two leaking faucets that look awful and we don't have hundreds of dollars. Please save yourself and buy something else!
